Bon Appetee unconditionally guarantees all garments we manufacture and sell, to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or colour. We will gladly exchange any item you're not completely happy with.
To Make a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see limitations below), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge.
Please print and fill in the returns form which you can find on the completed orders page within your account on this website
Your refund will be given to you by the same method you paid us. If you prefer, we can issue you with a credit instead.
If making an exchange, tick 'exchange' on the returns form and select the alternative size or items you wish to order. Exchanging for a more expensive item means that you will be charged the difference.
Exchanging for a less expensive item means that we will refund you the difference. We advise you to check the sizing information and if you have any questions about the fit, contact us before you purchase. If an item is not in stock, we will provide you with a refund or credit. For a credit, tick the 'credit note' box on the returns form.

Pleas note, we are not responsible for lost returns so we recommend a postage service such as express post which allows the item to be tracked.
Conditions / Limitations
- If requesting a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- If requesting an exchange / credit, items must be returned within 28 days of the order date.
- Postage is not refunded or credited and you are responsible for the postage costs in returning items to us.
- Purchases made using a voucher are not eligible for a refund - credit or exchange only.
- Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours) We reserve the right to deny you a refund / exchange if we deem the item not to meet these standards. Denied refund / exchanges will simply be returned to you.
